I know that all things must end, But where does the universe? I just cannot comprehend... Are we moving forward, or in reverse?   Secretly I hope for entropy. Chaos is so much simpler, don't you see? It's so much harder to make something be Than it is to sit back lifelessly.   When the stars have all burnt out And nothing but ash in their wake Will we be forgot? Will you recall the days we lived in doubt And all of our lives were at stake? Or will it be for naught?   When you're traveling at the speed of light, And everything just sort of stretches on, Your destination's always out of sight, Like the night before the breaking dawn.   Fragile things are also the most pure; Our hearts most beautiful when they break. Pain reminds us what the living's for. We only dream because we must awake.
